Shipping Acknowledgement

Aroma Retail products are thoughtfully manufactured and assembled by hand upon receipt of order.
  • Candle Orders: Due to the nature of this product that is made fresh when ordered, we cannot accept returns on candles.
  • Orders are processed Monday – Friday except for holidays, during shipping hours (8:00 AM – 4:00 PM PST). Please allow 24-48 hours for your order to be processed and picked up by the mail carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx), up to 72 hours if your order includes candles, as they have to cure overnight.
  • Orders placed on weekends (Friday after 2:00pm PST - Sunday) or holidays will be processed the following business day.
  • To ensure fast and accurate delivery, all orders are shipped out of our distribution center in Las Vegas, Nevada, USA. Most orders placed before 2 pm PST will be processed (manufactured and assembled) the same day. Any orders placed after 2pm PST (except weekends and holidays) will be processed the next business day.
  • IMPORTANT!!! Aroma Retail does not control delivery times and tracking information for the various shipping services selected by customers. The customer is responsible to check on the shipping service website (USPS, UPS, FedEx) the different shipping options and their estimated pick-up and delivery times. 
  • If this is an emergency and you selected an expedited option, note that all shipping carriers start the countdown for an expedited shipping, the first business day after the package arrives at their local Las Vegas hub. For example, if you are ordering FedEx 2-day on Thursday before 2pm, your package will be picked up Thursday at 4pm, but will not leave Las Vegas until Friday. So, you will not receive it until Tuesday, depending on your shipping address.
