Intro:
With Jim out for a colonoscopy (yes, really), the Scenting Gals take over! Sloane, Kaylee, and Mike (the ever-illustrious producer) jump on the mic to tackle the most common customer questions in Aroma Retail’s FAQ. It’s a lighthearted, behind-the-scenes episode filled with practical scenting advice, operations insight, and a few hilarious detours into rice cookers and scent personalities.
Top FAQs Answered – Straight From the Source
1. “Do you sell rice cookers?”
Nope. Despite some branding confusion, Aroma Retail is not affiliated with the “Aroma” rice cooker sold at Walmart. But they’ll gladly scent your kitchen.
2. “Where’s my order?”
Orders ship within 24–48 business hours, excluding Sundays and holidays. Wax products (like candles and melts) are handmade and require time to cure overnight.
3. “Does 1–3 day shipping mean I get it in 3 days?”
Not quite. Shipping time begins after the carrier picks up your order, not when it’s placed. Plan accordingly, especially on weekends.
4. “What’s pure grade fragrance oil?”
It’s a triple-distilled, allergen-free, VOC-safe formula that’s safer than essential oils and safe for pets and kids. Aroma Retail uses the same high-end fragrance quality trusted by luxury hotels.
5. “Can I clean my scent machine with soap and water?”
Absolutely not. Use rubbing alcohol or cheap vodka to clean your canister—never soap and water.
6. “Can I use oil refills in reed diffusers or sprays?”
No. Each product (machine oil, room spray, reed diffuser, etc.) uses a different base. Cross-use won’t perform correctly and can damage your device.
7. “What’s the deal with subscriptions?”
Monthly subscriptions are available for wax melts and 4oz oils. The 27oz subscription is bi-monthly. You can skip, pause, or change your scent anytime—and even get a free wax warmer when you start.
